It all started when I found a couple of bowling pins at a garage sale. I needed to be creative and turn these bowling pins into something fun and whimsical. What I came up with was Angels, Fish, Flowers in Vase, and Snowmen. The pins are covered with decorative papers that I stamp with images and distress to look old. I apply a couple coats of polyurethane. Then I embellish them with wire, found objects (such as forks, spools, bottle opener,and more), tin can wings or fins, and stained glass.
