Collages With Quotes
This is a new item that I am having alot of fun with. I have been searching for all kinds of interesting items to embellish these collages with such as: old photos, vintage post cards and advertising, game boards and pieces, wallpaper, ticket stubs, the list is endless. I choose an old photo and quote to go with it and assemble. Each piece is one of a kind, the photo and quote may be the same, but the rest is different for each piece made. The collage is put between two pieces of glass, foiled and soldered together, and aged with patina. There are two sizes 1 3/4" x 5 1/2" and 3" x 3". Price for either size is $18.00ea.
Below is just a sample of the collages I have done. I am in the process of replenishing my stock at this time. There are may more quotes that I use. These collages make a perfect personalized gift because I am sure there is a quote suited for just about anyone you know.
